What are the costs of mediation ?

The cost depends on the seriousness of the conflict. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, the cost is shared in equal parts by the parties.

Setting up a case, study and proposal of mediation:

› 300 € + tax for a conflict between French entities
› 500 € + tax for a conflict where one of the parties is a EU member
› 800 € + tax for an international conflict

Cost of actual mediation: in the case of conflicts where the sums involved are:

› Under 10000 €, 150 € +tax per hour
› From 10 k€ to 50 k€, 200 € +tax per hour
› From 50k€ to 1000 k€, 500 € +tax per hour
› Above 1000 k€, 700 € per hour
